Desire is my second novel, which I wrote between scenes on Law and Order. Set in New Orleans, this story is about an unlikely friendship between a seven year old girl and a thirty year old Haitian woman brought together by circumstance.
It details a childhood marked by the psychological destruction of a bipolar mother and an absent father, and the healing that can take place outside of the most complicated family. And it's a love story. We will be releasing it soon, and it will be available here on the site as an electronic download.
